This policy explains how Catalyst PMO ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. The site is informational: the only personal information we collect is what you send us through the contact form or by email.

- Contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and message.
- Emails you send us, and our replies.
- Technical information: to deliver the site securely, our hosting provider processes details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. When you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile uses signals from your browser and device to check that you're a person rather than a bot.
Please don't include sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and any discussion that follows.
- To protect the site and the contact form from spam and abuse.
We don't use your information for direct marketing, and we never sell or rent it.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure, or on taking steps you've asked for before entering into a contract with us.
Cookies
The site doesn't set cookies of its own and doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile collects only the information strictly necessary to detect bots, as described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and who process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the Turnstile check.
- Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider, which stores our correspondence.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside your country, using safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
The website doesn't store form submissions; they're sent straight to our inbox as emails. We keep enquiries and correspondence only as long as we need them to respond and for any working relationship that follows, then delete them. Our service providers keep technical logs for short periods under their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive a copy of it in a portable format;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
